Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship every order as efficiently and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how shipping works at Radianxe.

Domestic Shipments

 

We currently ship orders within the United States.

 

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders over 75$.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

 

Once your order has been shipped, it is transferred to a third-party carrier for delivery. At that point, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider and the customer.

 

Shipping Responsibility and Insurance

 

After an order has been handed off to the carrier, Radianxe is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

 

Shipping insurance is offered as an optional add-on at checkout. Lost, damaged, or stolen packages are only covered if shipping insurance is purchased.

 

If shipping insurance is declined, we are unfortunately unable to assist further with lost, damaged, or stolen shipments once the carrier has taken possession of the package.

 

International Shipments

 

We currently ship internationally to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

 

International delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carriers. Estimated delivery typically ranges from 5 to 12 business days from the date of shipment.

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

 

Delivery Delays

 

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Delays may occur during high-volume periods, promotional events, holidays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays arise.
